Nachos are an art form. These are built on Original Vaca Chips fried in real-deal beef tallow. Nothing fake, nothing skimpy. Just golden crunch that tastes like you mean it. 

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spread Vaca Chips on a baking sheet.

Load up with your favorite cheese. Bake for 7-8 min or until bubbly.

Top with avocado, jalapeno, pico, and sour cream. Garnish with cilantro, lime squeeze. Drizzle with hot sauce.

Serve hot. Eat with your hands. Enjoy every last crunch.

  • 1 bag Original Vaca Chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • ½ cup pico de gallo
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges (for squeezing)
  • Hot sauce, for drizzling
