For centuries, beef tallow was the gold standard — prized for its stability, flavor, and health benefits. Even McDonald’s used it for their fries before seed oils took over.

That switch came at a cost. Seed oils are cheap, highly processed, and break down into toxic byproducts when heated — fueling inflammation, weight gain, and chronic disease.

We use 100% organic corn — grown without GMOs, synthetic fertilizers, or chemical herbicides like glyphosate. Unlike conventional corn, organic crops aren’t drenched in synthetic treatments designed for industrial farming.

Glyphosate, still widely used in the U.S., has been restricted or banned in parts of Europe due to concerns around hormone disruption, gut health, and long-term exposure.

Most chips are made with GMO corn built to survive heavy spraying. At Vaca Chips, we only use organic corn — for a cleaner, better chip you can feel good about.

Most table salt is stripped down to just sodium chloride, then laced with anti-caking agents like aluminum or silicon dioxide to prevent clumping.
