Chip-Crusted Avocado Fries

Prep Time: 5
Total Time: 25

Yield: 2 Servings

These aren't your average sad "healthy fries." These are crispy-on-the-outside, creamy-in-the-middle, straight-up snack fuel. Coated in Vaca Beef Tallow Fried Chips, these avocado fries hit hard with flavor and texture.

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or a wire rack.

Crush your chips. Use a food processor or rolling pin. You want texture, not dust.

Season the chip crumbs (optional) with garlic powder, paprika, or more lime zest if you want to level up.

Dip avocado wedges in the beaten egg, then coat in crushed Lime Vaca Chips. Press to get that crust locked in.

Place on baking sheet. Give 'em a little space. Spray or drizzle lightly with cooking oil or tallow

Bake for 12–15 mins until golden and crispy. Don’t overbake- you want that inside creamy.

Mix up your crema while they bake. Combine yogurt, lime juice, salt, and anything else you’re vibing with.

Serve hot. Dip, devour, repeat.
