Just received my order and they are amazing!!!!! I will be having them with my homemade salsa they are great! Crisp freshness and just taste amazing!!!
Well I do like the idea. The chips are very lightly salted which is very good. But the best buy tag should read 08/20/25 it is confusing because the month is small and printed vertical then 02 20 then the 25 is sitting on top of two hyphen marks .
Got my first order of Vaca Chips today and they didn't disappoint! Crispy, salty and thin just how I like my tortilla chips. Cant wait to try them with some guac and salsa!!
Really great chip! I tend to think of non restaurant chips as kind of stale and tasteless. These however have a perfect crunch, good salt ratio, and a good buttery texture from the tallow. 10/10
Vaca Chips makes the highest quality tortilla chips with best in class ingredients & the flavor, taste, & texture is really really good! They give off a Mexican style restaurant like chips flavor but it’s made with ingredients that are made of the highest quality! Vaca chips are one of the best tasting and most enjoyable snacks I’ve had in a long time. From the first pick up of the chip to the initial taste you can tell they are just different. The chips taste and feel cleaner than big brand oil fried chips. They don’t leave that oily residue on your fingers or tongue, while still giving the desired crunch. I highly recommend Vaca chips!!
Honestly, what I enjoyed the most out of the chip was the change of pace for me.
I’m a massive chip guy and to have an option like Vaca that’s both delicious and healthy is rare.

Compared to the other tallow chips on the market, the consistency is really unique. They are very fluffy and easy on the teeth and mouth compared to the other brands I've tried. The combination of the fluffy texture, high quality salt, and tallow flavor delivers a delicious and unique chip. Not to mention a better price point. Good customer service along the way too. I will definitely be ordering again.
Impressed immediately by the golden color. I enjoy the subtle flavor and richness of tallow, but I typically find other tallow chip brands to be too hard. Vaca chip’s have a better consistency
Omg these chips are literally SO GOOD. I tasted so many chips out there and these by far the best in taste and so happy that they are even healthier option, I feel less guilty eating so much!! I’m soooo gonna be a regular, such a fan already!!
Wow, these chips have a savory taste with the perfect crunch. The beef tallow provides an excellent flavor making these a delicious snack on their own. Great chips!
Received our chips just in time for a party I was having and everyone loved them!
